Good morning everyone!
The group here from BuffState is having a complete blast! We have gone to see our movies, we have had the red carpet experience, we have lived up TIFF 10!
I have been posting from my mobile phone because the hotel's internet rate is outrageous. I finally stopped in at Tim Hortons this morning to update everyone on what was going on :)
Yesterday we split up into 3 groups to see Force of Nature, Boxing Gym & Conviction. I will have reviews for those coming soon. As far as a general consensus for the films Boxing Gym was horrible, Conviction was ok and Force of Nature was moving. And as I said I will have reviews for those soon from your fellow BuffState students.
We are meeting in 30 minutes to choose our films and to decide the day's adventures. Hopefully I can make it back here to add more info to our adventures.
In the Mean time, here are some pictures that I have taken of our time here in Toronto.
1) Martin Sheen took a picture with our group after giving us a great conversation and peptalk
2) The documentary team documenting themselves?
3) An intro to Boxing Gym from the director John Wiseman
4) We spotted Ben Afleck and Jennifer Garner at the red carpet event premiere of Ben's new movie The Town. (and yes that is a real picture taken by Jeff Hirschberg himself)
